To be honest, I’m not old. Well, I suppose if you’re younger than 25, maybe I am ancient. Regardless, I do live by the sea and the ocean has long been part of my life. It is part of any therapeutic walk I take. An active part of my travels, I have walked shores and swam in waters all over the world. From the beaches of Thailand and the Galápagos Islands, to the Amazon River in Peru, and the coasts of England, Ireland, and New Zealand, the water has become my soul and joy. Some of my recipes are inspired by the sea, but many of my recipes are inspired by my travels. My husband and I have carved out a comfy lifestyle by the sea, and I invite you to share with me my recipes, my garden, and all the neat projects we get up to throughout the year.
