Super simple and super easy salad to throw together. Tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, and green peppers with feta make this a well-rounded salad. Like olives? Throw those in too! We don’t like olives, so forgive me for not including these in this recipe!
You can chop the salad with big chunks of vegetables.
Or, you can finely dice them for a more traditional Shepherd’s Salad.
Either way, it’s delicious! This salad pairs well with any Mediterranean dish, but it also goes well with steak, BBQ chicken, or pork chops! It’s so versatile!
Enjoy!
